TUBULAR HEATERS

AeroTemp Engineering was capable to custom-formed your tubular heater in a wide range of shapes to correspond to your requirements. 

Incoloy stainless steel or steel sheath materials are available, as well as a large selection of termination styles. Magnesium Oxide insulation ensures superior heat transfer and the resistance wire is precision-wound for long heater life. 

Tubular heaters can be used in almost any application. Straight tubulars can be clamped to metal surfaces or inserted in machined groves for conductive heat transfer. Or use a formed Tubular to provide consistent heat in any type of special application.



DUCT HEATER





  • Consist of Heavy Duty, diameter: 11mm tubular heater formed into a hairpin & mounted to a heavy gauge steel frame.
  • Rugged, compact & dependable, providing cleaner & safer low pressure heated air through forced air ducts at maximum temperature 400°C. 
  • A built-in thermowell completed with thermocouple provides elements shealth temperature surveillance to prevent over temperature conditions.
  • Application - Oven, curing & drying process.

SCREW PLUG IMMERSION HEATER


  • Design consist of tubular heating elements formed into a hairpin and a thermowell for a thermostat sensing bulb. The number of heating elements varies from 1 to 3 depends on screw plug size.
  • Screw plug- Stainless Steel / Brass Steel. Diameter: 1", 1 1/4", 2", 2 1/4". 
  • Applications:- 

   · Hot Water Tank 
   · Preheating all Grades of Oil 
   · Food Processing Equipment 
   · Heat Transfer System 
   · Cleaning and Rinsing Tanks


FLANGE IMMERSION HEATER



  • Flange heater are installed by bolting to a matching flanged welded to the tank wall or nozzle. 
  • Consist of multople tubular heating elements form into hairpins that are welded or brazed to a pressure rated flange.
  • Flange size: 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 8", 10", &12".
  • The numbers of elements and electrical circuits vary depending on the size & electrical rating of the heater.
  • Installed by bolting the heater flange to a mating flange of equal pressure rating.
  • The mating flange can be welded directly to a tank or vessel.
  • Use the flange gasket of a suitable material for the pressure, temperature & material being heated.


SELF CONTAINED-IMMERSION HEATERS





  • Used for commercial dish washers & sterilizing equipment.

FIN TUBULAR HEATER



  • Versatile, durable, and reliable, our finned tubular heaters are used for forced convection heating or air and gas heating systems. They are customized to meet your specific application needs.
